You just write in the name of your Squidoo lens and then a useful reports is created.

See the amount of unique visitors, who links to you, get ideas for new keywords, who has StumbleUpon and dugg or added your lens to their Delicious accounts. Google trends as well as “Buzzmeter”, which is latest blog posts using your keywords.

Just for fun you can do a keyword battle (created by Google).

A cool feature is “Chart your lens traffic against other lenses”.

I found some good ideas for new lenses as well.
