Not Show Adsense on Your Squidoo Lens

… and other ads.

Questions I have been asked over and over again are “how do I get rid of Adsense on my lenses” or am I getting paid every time somebody clicks on Adsense on my lens, what is the % I get paid in royalties?

Before I start let me say you cannot get 100% rid of ads on your Squidoo lens, the minimum advertising you can have is Adsense on top and bottom like here Squidoo.com/efttapping/

The reason is that AdSense is how Squidoo pays the bills and why we all get to use the service for free.

Let me explain how Squidoo has chosen to work with ads.

Adsense: 100% of all Adsense goes into a pool, 5% will go the Squidoo Charity Fund 45% to run Squidoo and 50% will be  divided according to a payrank algorithm to all the lensmasters.

Glam ads: (the big animated ads), can be removed when you max your lens as well as give 100% of your royalties to Squidoo.

Amazon: To use your own ID, a nice online software to get the code is Squidutils.
