Adding Numbers to Your Lens’ Modules

We all love lists (not sure why!) - so to add a list as one of your module is an excellent idea.

To have your lens stand out you could add graphic numbers, same colour as “the Squidoo” blue, you can see it in action on my newest Squidoo lens; Casserole Recipes

Want the graphics? you can download them from here:

http://squidoomagic.com/reports/Graphics.zip

I have also included a How To  add graphics report to the file.

A small screenshot from my lens:

If you have any questions on how to add graphics to your lens just ask me, either write a comment or use my contact form .

I just found you via Entrecard and looking forward to going through your posts on Squidoo. I’ve done a couple of lenses, but would really like to learn how to improve them with links back to my blog etc.

I would love to subscribe to your site via RSS feed, if you would consider adding that feature. For many reasons, I do not subscribe via email anymore. Any possibility? I bet you’ll get lots more readers by adding RSS feed sub options. :)

Hi Lin,

I never considered adding a rss feed because when you use Firefox as a browser, you just click on the RSS icon on the address bar and you can subscribe to the feed that way.

And if you use IE then there is the same icon on the top bar. Not sure about Safari and Opera.

But after you have asked me, I will add the icon to my blog, thank you very much for your suggestion.

Now see, you’ve already taught me something I didn’t know about IE.

At home I use Firefox, but here at work we have IE, and I had no idea about a toolbar option to grab feeds. Duh……….. :)
