How to Add a Sign Up Form to a Squidoo Lens

For quite some time now, it has not been possible to add a sign up form to Squidoo lenses.
Squidoo decided to remove the possibility of using frames to avoid too much spam.

Which of course was understandable but somewhat annoying if you are building a list.

I am very happy to tell you it can now be done using a special programme.

If you go to http://www.squidoo.com/amazon-widgets , you will see an explanation of how to add the cool Amazon widget. You can use exactly the same technique for sign up forms – you just add the code from you autoresponder and not the code from Amazon.

This is really cool – check it out both for Amazon and for the sign up form and for a million or so other things.
